PTFE Adhesive Tape is made from heavy PTFE coated fiberglass that has been coated high temperature pressure sensitive silicone adhesive on one side. This premium tape which has a heavier PTFE coated can provide a smoother surface with enhanced durability compared to other PTFE silicone adhesive tape. Due to its well know PTFE properties, the excellent strength and dimensional stability of the fiberglass, and a high temperature range of the adhesive system results in a product appropriate for use in a variety of high temperature demanding applications. Yellow rippled release liner or dot dimple PVC release liner is applied to the adhesive surface for ease of application.

PTFE adhesive tape applications:
1.For roll wrapping in polyethylene laminators (Suitable for long continuous use as the tape has superior durability and mechanical strength).
2.For endless belts of polyethylene laminators.
3.For insulation of coils as a class H insulating material.
4.Can be laminated with metals, plastics and ceramics as general sliding materials.
